We process all orders within 1 to 3 business days. This includes verifying your order, quality-checking items, and preparing them for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Please note that during high-demand periods or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Area
We currently offer shipping exclusively within the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not support deliveries to international locations, overseas territories, or PO Boxes.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect to receive it within 5 to 7 business days. This estimate may vary based on your delivery address and local courier schedules. Most orders are delivered by trusted logistics providers such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD.

Failed Delivery & Returned Packages
If the courier cannot deliver your package due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package is unclaimed and returned to us, we will reach out to you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage fees may apply for reshipment.
